We are accepting advanced reservation of whole and half hogs for November & December, 2023 harvests. These will be our only pork harvests in 2023. Pricing and availability will be determined following our spring farrowing. We will notify customers at that time about availability and pricing, and if acceptable, a deposit will be collected to confirm the hog reservation.

Hang weights

Our finished hogs typically hang at between 150 and 200 pounds, with an average of 175 pounds. You can expect your "take home meat" to weigh in at roughly 70-75% of the hang weight. If you are looking for something smaller or larger, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 Uncured or "nitrite-free" meats

Many people ask about an "uncured" option for their bacon and hams. Did you know that most "uncured" products that claim to have "no added nitrites" are actually cured, AND contain nitrites?
