Cut and packaged pork

Browse our menu of pastured pork cuts and pricing, then follow the links to a custom order form where you can request your cuts. As soon as we receive your order form, we select your cuts and send you a customized online invoice to finalize your order. Custom orders for immediate delivery are limited to available stock on hand.

Samplers and bundles
Please check our pork menu to review the list of available cuts of pork. We will be filling your sampler with stock on hand, so if we do not have a cut in stock, it will not be in your sampler.

Hang weights

Our finished hogs typically hang at between 150 and 200 pounds, with an average of 175 pounds. You can expect your "take home meat" to weigh in at roughly 70-75% of the hang weight. If you are looking for something smaller or larger, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 Uncured or "nitrite-free" meats

Many people ask about an "uncured" option for their bacon and hams. Did you know that most "uncured" products that claim to have "no added nitrites" are actually cured, AND contain nitrites?
