Special Spring Sale DetailsOur Spring Sale Hogs will be harvested on April 23rd with processing to be performed by Legacy Beef in Clarkston, WA. Standard processing costs $300/head.
Any remaining hogs will be harvested on May 13th with processing to be performed by Bud's Butcher Shop in Culdesac, ID. Standard processing is $1.05/pound + curing & smoking ($20/belly for bacon & $1.05/pound for hams). A $100/head on-farm harvest fee also applies.
